JLY Planetary Stranding Machine
The cage stranding machine, also known as a planetary stranding machine, is mainly used for stranding control cables, steel-cored aluminum stranded wire, copper stranded wire, aluminum stranded wire, and steel wire rope. It is also an essential piece of equipment for manufacturing large-section steel stranded wire and steel wire rope
Advantages:
1. Stress Relief: Untwisting eliminates stress in the stranded wire, preventing it from immediately twisting when dropped.
2. Reduced Damage: During stranding, the wire may deform due to twisting. Untwisting reduces this deformation, preventing damage to the insulation.
3. Improved Flexibility: Untwisting makes the stranded wire more flexible, reducing resistance when bending and extending the cable's lifespan.

Cradle
Loading method
It consists of a hollow shaft, a stranding reel, front and rear bearing seats, a reel frame, and a distributor. The centerline of the reel frame is parallel to the centerline of the main shaft. It uses a large K-series motor with a direct-drive reducer, which drives the winch cage through a large toothed pulley.
The wire tension inside the cradle utilizes a belt-type mechanical friction structure, with manually adjustable tension.
End-shaft structure, manual end-shaft clamping of the reel, mechanical locking, safe and stable, not easy to swing out, convenient loading and unloading of the reel, the reel is loaded into the cradle with the help of manual labor or crane.
The tension of the cord inside the cradle is achieved using a belt-type mechanical friction structure, and the tension is manually adjustable.
