KCT-1280WZ 12-axis Camless CNC Versatile Spring Rotating Forming Machine, referred to as 8.0mm Camless spring machine, machining line diameter φ3.0-8.0mm, suitable for the production of various precision compression spring, tension spring, torsion spring, scroll spring, tower spring, flat wire springs, special-shaped spring and molding line and other products, widely used in furniture, mold, machinery, agricultural machine, motorcycle, automobile, railway and aviation etc..
Our company's KCT-1280WZ 12-axis Camless CNC versatile spring rotating forming machine adopts Taiwan Windows 7 operation control system, reference imported from Japan Yaskawa servo motor, using the unique non cam and no arm design tool are controlled independently by eight servo motors, the turret eight shaft, wire feeding shaft, a shaft, a rotating core transfer line the shaft and the shaft of a curl, a crank connecting rod forming system, wire feeding system, transfer system, straightening system and rotary core system etc.. In addition, the machine can be equipped with hydraulic scissors device, cutting noise is small, the damage to the mandrel and the machine is zero; at the same time also can be equipped with multi-function manipulator, not only has the characteristics of fast forming, accurate and stable performance, but also more convenient and easy to operate.
This machine is suitable for making different types of springs, including tension springs, torsion springs, extension springs, industrial springs, conical springs, hourglass springs, flat springs, compresion springs, scroll springs, tower springs, tool springs, wave spring and difficult shaped springs as well.
1.1280WZ 12 axis Camless CNC Versatile Spring Rotating Forming Machine, is composed by Taiwan computer system and Japan Yaskawa servo motor special designed with no rocker arm and camless, , the slide base is separately controlled by eight servo motor, Feeding axis, Quill rotating axis, Wire rotating axis and Spinner axis.
2. It composed of crank connecting link system, feeding and rotating system, coiling straightening system and quill system. It can install the device of hydraulic pressure scissors, low noise; The damage is zero on mandrel and machine. It is suitable for making kinds of tension spring, torsion spring, compression spring, scroll spring, tower spring, flat wire spring and such highly difficult springs. Largely increased the spring making range, it is precise, stable and easy to operate
3. The crank connecting link system are include eight knife rest, eight knife rest are separately driven by eight Yaskawa servo motor through VRB reducer, no influence from each other, make the spring forming handy and easy. Controlled the feeding and wire rotation system synchronous through CNC program, at the same time the feeding accuracy can be reach within 0.1mm during wire rotation.
4. Feeding system
The feeding system are equipped at the rotation system of the machine, it has 4 pairs feeding roller, 4 rollers as one pair, different wire size need different feeding rollers, the computer control the feeding system, the moving unit is 0.01mm, the maximum moving length is 99999.99 unit.

Compression springs

Tension springs
Twisted springs with closed coils and hooks at the ends. Under load, the spring stretches, trying to return the mechanism to its original position. Torsion springs

Belleville springs
