Superlastic (continuous) spring assembling machine has high automation level with PLC and Servo control. It has programmed with various language options in the touch screen operation. The assembler can finish 200 mattress units per shift. The latest continuous spring assembler has been engineered with advanced automatic hydraulic cutting and bending system,which reduces the steel wire wastage and requires less manual bending operation.
