FDJ450-13-2 Double-head 13-die Separate Motor Controlled Slip Copper Wire Drawing Machine
1. Features:
(1)The FDJ450-13-2 double-head 13-die separate motor controlled slip copper wire drawing main machine is developed by absorbing and improving foreign advanced models, featuring convenient operation and easy maintenance. Equipped with a Siemens control system for closed-loop control of separate motors, it enables controlled slip micro-sliding drawing between the wire and drawing drums. The 12 main drawing wheels are driven by separate motors matched with high-performance Siemens reduction gearboxes, ensuring low noise and high speed.
(2)The separate motor reduction gearboxes of the main machine adopt Siemens SIMOGEAR Helical series products, with gear lubricant being mineral oil CLP VG220. Each gearbox is fitted with a gear oil temperature detection thermocouple, which monitors oil temperature changes in real time via the PLC touchscreen to protect the normal operation of the gearboxes. The control program and human-machine interface can set gearbox maintenance cycles as required by the user.
(3)The drawing drums adopt full-immersion lubrication and cooling. The drawing fluid tank is controlled by an electric gate: the gate opens during die threading and wire winding for easy operation, and closes during normal drawing to fully immerse the drawing wheels. A rolling shutter door is also installed outside the drawing box.
(4)The sizing die features a rotary design to improve the roundness of finished wires. The constant-speed wheel uses internal water cooling for effective cooling during the drawing process.A flow detection switch at the drawing fluid inlet pipe, combined with a float switch in the drawing chamber, monitors the drawing fluid level. The equipment cannot operate without drawing fluid. A flow meter (with analog output and display screen) must be installed at the emulsion inlet.
