BRIEF INTRODUCTION
CHB Hollow Block Making Machine
The CHB making machine is professional construction material equipment for producing various building blocks by vibration and hydraulic compression. It takes raw materials such as cement, sand, aggregate, fly ash and slag, and turns mixed materials into standard size bricks without sintering.
There are manual, semi automatic and fully automatic models to meet different output demands. By replacing interchangeable molds, one machine can manufacture hollow blocks, solid bricks, interlocking bricks, paving stones and curb stones for house building, road paving and municipal projects.
Its working flow includes material feeding, vibrating compacting, pressing and demolding. High frequency vibration removes air bubbles inside raw materials, so finished bricks feature high density and stable strength. The heavy duty steel frame guarantees long time heavy load running. Semi automatic types need only several workers for operation, while PLC controlled fully automatic lines greatly cut labor cost.
Eco friendly and cost effective, this equipment makes full use of industrial waste residues. It is easy to operate and maintain, widely welcomed by small and medium brick factories worldwide.
